| Beginning at approximately 5:00 AM PST, Avvanta started seeing ~30% packet loss across our network. We are currently working on this situation. There is no ETR at this time.
This notice will be updated as more information becomes available.
UPDATE 8:14AM: Administrators determined cause for disruption and are working with upstream carriers to mitigate.
UPDATE 1:43PM: Our administration has partially mitigated the DDoS attack. You should see a noticeable improvement, but the network has not yet returned to normal.
UPDATE 8:34 PM PDT: At this time we believe the DDoS attack has been fully mitigated. If you continue to experience unusual service outside of this window please contact support at (425) 818-6500 or by email at support@avvanta.com.

| There have been significant performance issues this morning on one of the new storage nodes installed during last night's maintenance. It has been removed from the system and mail system access should now stabilize. We apologize for this disruption.

| The scheduled mail storage maintenance for Avvanta has commenced. Mail access will be interrupted repeatedly for some mailboxes during this maintenance period and incoming email will be significantly delayed. We will update this notice when maintenance has been completed.
02:40: Maintenance continues, ETA approximately 2 hours.
03:46: Maintenance is complete however it will take at least another hour for mail that was delayed during the maintenance to be processed and delivered. During this time mail access may be slow or not as responsive. We thank you for your patience and this notice will be updated again once queues are normalized.
04:39: All services have returned to normal operations. Thank you for your patience and this maintenance is complete.
